Disadvantages of PTFE based lubricants
- Lubricant can separate and therefore cause faulty lubrication:
- blocking dosing units
- clogging tubes
- VOC of 28-30% (additives evaporate and contaminate room)
- VOC of 28-30% also means, you pay 1 L and use only 0.7 L
- Temperature above 250°C with PTFE brings active reaction to Dioxin (in case of fire in stock room)
- PTFE or Teflon can be dancerous and are forbidden in engines, gearboxes and kitchens in the USA
- PTFE particles remain in the human body creating a depot
PTFE free is environmentaly safe!

- After some days, in a transparent container you clearly see the PTFE on the bottom (white) and the synthetic oil in brown on the top
